PRO TIP: TRY THIS DIY DRAIN CLEANING TRICK
- When the sink is empty, pour about one cup of baking soda down the drain.
- Slowly add one cup of white cleaning vinegar. Allow it to fizz.
- Leave the solution in the sink for about 15 minutes. The fizzing action will agitate anything stuck in the drain.
- Turn the faucet to “hot” and allow the water to wash the drain clear.
If this provides you with a faster draining sink, you may be able to stick with annual drain maintenance. Should you still experience a slow drain, you might want to have our team inspect your sink to see if there’s a larger blockage slowing the flow of water.
